Your subconscious mind is like a huge memory bank and it permanently stores everything that ever happens to you. All your habits + beliefs are stored in your subconscious mind. It has memorized all your comfort zones and it works to keep you in them. Why? because it thinks it’s keeping you safe, when in actuality – it’s keeping you playing small.?
Imagine your subconscious mind as a garden, it will grow anything you plant, and the negative thoughts we all think are weeds, and just like a garden, if you don’t pull them, the weeds will soon crowd out all the space for any blooms to grow?
Your words have power, whether they’re in your head, written on paper, or said out loud. Be intentional with your words, even the songs you sing .. yup! you’re uttering them out loud! Use only words that you want to multiply because they have power and energy. ?
Our mind is neutral but it will grow anything you plant. So much of why people feel distracted these days is because there are so many negative thoughts rolling around in our heads the volume is up on all the things we don’t want in our gardens.
What if today you began to sow thoughts of love, joy, peace, happiness, abundance, and prosperity? ??
Think quietly and with conviction on these qualities. Mirror work is amazing for reprogramming. I am WORTHY + ENOUGH. At first, you’ll experience cognitive dissonance. You won’t believe it. Stay with it – make it a daily practice to create new neural pathways in the brain and override old programming. ?
We are all programmed from childhood – this is where all the weeds and seeds were planted.
Time to do a little weeding, and where you see where you have weeds in your life, they could be friendships, relationships, thoughts, habits – things that are choking your growth – find them and pull them!
If you avoid conflict, you also avoid resolution. Protect your garden.
