Self-worth is how we feel about ourselves not how others feel about us, we decide how worthy we are, it’s something we own
We are wired for connection and become chameleons to be able to fit in
Our souls are always listening and the brain works on repetition so if the dialogue is negative that will be what we manifest
Being alone with yourself and journaling can help with naming it to tame it
It’s very hard to outperform your identity and anything that follows ‘I am’ becomes your identity
You can think one thought and it can lead to a hundred others but just because you think it doesn’t make it true unless you believe it
When you experience pain, sadness and frustration it’s because you are out of alignment with your inner self
It’s questioning your thoughts and asking where would you be without that thought?
It’s deciding what you want and who you need to become to have those things
You have to plant the thoughts you want to make reality
Things don’t happen to you, they happen for you
